Returns and Cancellations

 

Your parcel will be sent from our Warehouse located in Queensland, Australia using the Australia Post/Startrack mail system. To track and trace your parcel please go to Auspost.com.au or startrack.com.au and click on the Track and Trace section.

Free Delivery - for orders over $89.99
Express Delivery, next day (Capital Cities & Inner Suburbs - an additional cost of $15 per box)
 
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days.  We hold stock ready to send, and we endeavour to send your item the same day as ordered providing we receive the funds into our account, or the item will be sent as soon as funds are cleared.  For Rural areas expect delivery between 5 – 7 business days. Customers who request Express Delivery are treated with priority, and the item is immediately packed and taken to the Post Office to ensure that the terms and conditions of the Express Delivery through the Post Office are met.  We will advise you when to expect your delivery, taking into account the proximity of your address to major capital cities.

We use Australia Post Registered item service and Australia Post Tracking Number service.  This means that no parcels will be left unless signed for by the addressee of the parcel.  If there is no one home when the parcel is delivered a card will be left in your letterbox and it is then your responsibility to go to the Post Office to collect your goods. We take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur if the parcel is not collected from the Post Office, or the parcel is redirected by you to another address.  When the item is posted you will be emailed with a Registered Item tracking number. Please contact our Customer Service department if your order has not been received within the time frame.

Australia Post Registered items/ parcel can be shipped to most destinations throughout Australia, however for more remote areas please allow a few more days for the parcel to reach your destination. Kato Designs has no control over postal delays due to high volume or a busy period, please allow 2 days for the processing of your order.  


We reserves the right to change the shipping method of your order. We will send you a tracking number for the new carrier.

Some Registered item orders are subject to weight & volume. These items may be charged at a different rate. We will advise of these changes prior to shipping.

PRODUCT CARE

Please look after me! Depending on the style we can be very delicate and need to be put in the case when not being worn. Make sure you use the cleaning cloth provided to keep lenses clean and dust free, do not use house hold cleaners on me they are way too abrasive! And we love the ocean but please keep me out of water and sand.

We have a warranty time of 3 months so if you have cared for your Sunglasses as per the instructions and you are not happy with it please get in touch!
